- Beef Carpaccio with rocket and cream cheese flling and a sesame sprinkle
- Smoked salmon with caper cream cheese and watercress

- Lamb Crown with Mint Jus
- A full crowned rack of lamb, basted with garlic and black pepper, standing on a wooden board, surrounded by straw potatoes and drizzled with a mint jus.
- Chicken Picatto
- Parmesan egg crusted chicken breast, served on a bed of stir fry vegetables and rice noodles, topped with a fresh basil fused Napolitano sauce and shavings of pecorino cheese.
- Beef Fillet
- Rare roast fillet, sliced onto Parisian potatoes and sauté button mushrooms topped with a rich jus.
- Melange of Vegetables
- Assorted seasonal mixed veggies, fresh from the farms, blanched to retain the crispness and tossed in butter and cracked black pepper.
